Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Beautiful, quirky apartment which is well equipped and spacious.
Negative: As much as you're warned it's above a bar, I really didn't appreciate how loud and noisy it would be. Also the street it is on has become a hub for the homeless and people who are drug addicts - didn't feel the most comfortable walking about. Having said that, it's very handy for walking to various downtown sites and near to a light rail station.
Summary: A great apartment but terrible area
