Summary: For a Masters rental, this house was far from up to par. The temperature was not regulated, leaving people downstairs freezing, and upstairs sweating. There was trash all over the couches, dirty socks in-between the nightstands and beds, very strong fumes above the garage in the carriage house bedroom, and a lot of dirty dishes in the cabinets that needed washing before using again. Disappointed is an understatement, and it was unfortunate that although I had reached out multiple times before arrival about the conditions of the home that all of this was not addressed. The wi-fi was extremely spotty and when everyone was home trying to watch the Masters, it kept lagging and jumping through all of these hoops was not acceptable. We are extremely unhappy with the overall condition of the home and it was upsetting for my clients.
