When you walk through the front door, you enter a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, and a Smart TV. To the right, you’ll find the kitchen and dining area, perfect for cooking and gathering. The washer and dryer are tucked away in a closet just off the kitchen for your convenience.

On the opposite side of the house, off the living room, a hallway leads to the three bedrooms. The primary bedroom is on the right and features an ensuite bathroom and a full walk-in closet. Across the hall, you’ll find the guest bathroom, and at the end of the hallway, two guest bedrooms sit opposite each other. One guest room has a queen bed and desk, and the other has two double beds.

Outside, enjoy the private, fully fenced backyard with a fire pit ideal for relaxing evenings.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 8. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.

Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
