Positive: There wasn't anything really to dislike about this condo! Direct ocean views, fully stocked (except for a coffee pod coffee maker) everything was wonderful. Out the door, down a flight of stairs (2nd floor), or elevator, and a few steps around the pool and your at the gate to the beach, which is very very close!! Games, beach chairs, beach towels, extra bath towels, books, all kinds of things to entertain yourself if it's rainy or stormy! Definitely worth the money!
Negative: The power went out a couple times, once in the middle of the night, for a couple hours, and then again the next day from about 2:30 pm until the next day at 8:30 am 😢 but it covered about a half mile to a mile of condos lol. Was not the fault of the building or condo owner, and Florida Vacay Rentals gave us a future 10% off any future stay! And I think they need to spring for a Keurig-type coffee maker, we took a whole box of pods we couldn't use, but there was coffee and filters left in the condo for us to use, so that's a win right there! Not really much to dislike at all!
