The grounds are abundant with lush, tropical foliage. The 32 foot long saltwater pool immediately beckons you, while the poolside lounge chairs wait for you to sit down, grab a drink and relax.
Inside, you'll immediately feel at home, yet pampered, with all the high-end conveniences you'd expect... and so much more! Designer touches throughout, accented by one-of-a-kind antique & contemporary art from the region.
The main floor features open concept living bathed in natural light. You'll find a comfortable living area with a Frame TV that displays art even when the TV is off. As you walk toward the chef's kitchen, you'll pass an inviting dining area, beautifully complemented by a custom glass chandelier that, when turned on, glows from the warmth of hundreds of glass prisms.
The kitchen features designer appliances, including a 6-burner gas stove with convection oven, and a refrigerator that dispenses filtered water PLUS on-demand hot water. A center island provides plenty of prep space with breakfast seating. The pass-though window opens to connect you to the outside patio bar, perfect for entertaining!
On the main level there are two bedrooms, both equipped with wall-mounted LED TVs and luxury linens. In one room, there is a king-size bed and comfy accent chair w/ ottoman; in the other room, there is a queen size bed, along with a desk / chair to allow you to work while away. There is a full bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and dual sink vanity.
Upstairs, you'll find a private master suite, spa and veranda with sweeping 180 degree views of the ocean and another 90 degrees of the Baja desert.
