Positive: Excellent location . Very close to beach. We used the free Sunny Isles shuttle to go around. The apartment was large and bright. Aside from the 2 bedrooms there were pull out beds in the hall. Kitchen Very well equipped. Crockery Kitchen warehouse towels linen etc more than required. Owner was kind enough to allow us to check in earlier.
Negative: Washing machine was not 8n the apartment. It was for use of the entire floor and chargeable. In room description it was mentioned that apartment included Washing machine
