Charming, sparkly clean oceanfront condo in desirable Fenwick Towers -- just footsteps to the beach or sit on our balcony and watch the ocean. The soothing sound of waves is heard throughout the condo.
Easy walkout access to the beach--no elevator wait! The beach and ocean are on one side of the building and a pool is on the other for those hot summer afternoons. The walk-out to the ocean includes a lovely sun room equipped with wireless internet connection and a large outdoor patio with picnic tables.
No need for beach chair/umbrella rentals. This condo has beach chairs, beach umbrella, ocean and sand toys for guests to use.
Our condo features a 1 bedroom with Queen bed--balcony access and ocean sounds for sleeping. The living room offers a queen size sleep sofa for additional comfortable sleeping--access to the balcony and soothing ocean noises. Wifi, Cable smart television, DVD, VCR and a CD sound system. The unit is well-stocked with board games,movies and books.
There is a washer/dryer in the unit --- no need for quarters for the laundromat.
The kitchen is open to the living room where there is a high table with 4 chairs -- the better to watch the beautiful ocean view.
A very well-equipped kitchen awaits you. There is a dishwasher, self-cleaning stove, microwave, garbage disposal, ice maker, blender, toaster and very good stainless pots and pans.
The building’s location is perfect. It is a few minutes drive south to Ocean City, MD with miniature golf, movies, restaurants and just 2 miles north to the quaint town of Bethany Beach with its unique shops, cafe and wonderful local restaurants.
And best of all . . . The Fenwick beach is very wide, much less crowded and includes protected dunes. Great walking in either direction for miles.
