This modern one-bedroom apartment is the ideal Oakland living experience. Situated in The Broadway Apartments, close to Lake Merritt and Mosswood Park, there is no shortage of activities in this part of town, from nightlife and restaurants to breweries and theatres. While everything you need is within walking distance, getting to San Francisco, Silicon Valley, or other parts of the East Bay is a breeze with convenient access to the I-580 and BART.
THINGS TO KNOW
• Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check.
• If you are requesting an extension within 24 hours of your scheduled move-out date and/or are still present past 11am, you will be charged a $150 fee, plus the cost of another night. This covers the cost of rescheduling our cleaners and quality assurance inspectors.
• We provide hand soap and a variety of cleaning supplies, but no longer provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Please note that this unit does not have cable TV; there is a SmartTV and internet only.
• Parking permits required for street parking. Zeus cannot help obtain.
• Street parking is difficult to find.
• In the event that you plan to bring your furry friend(s), please note that we charge a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500 for your first pet and $250 per additional pet and have a limit of 2 pets max. See our host profile for breed restrictions.
