Summary: I was concerned about the check in with smart phone. Could not load up passport. Used email & the response was quick. App sent & easier than I thought. The location was reasonable but in a strip club area . It was clean & modern. It had a great balcony but we didn't use because of weather. Kitchenette was great. The big downfall for us was the stairs. Going up 5 flights of stairs with luggage. Not for the over 65's. Was unsafe, in areas there were no hand rails.
