Summary: no air conditioning in my room. it was 85 degrees outside, 95 inside. I asked to move to another room, I was denied. I asked for refund to move to another hotel, i was denied. I opened my window to try to get air, was met by a swarm of locusts from biblical plagues . Then I was acciused of letting the bugs in by opening my window. No towels, no toilet paper, no garbage bin in my room. As I was leaving, someone came in and asked if there were any rooms available, and they were given a room
