Summary: Newport Coast Villas is one of Marriott's more beautiful properties. We had a wonderful stay , the staff and grounds and dining all get 5 stars. My only feedback is upon checking in the front desk stated that the VRBO listing price was way above the rate that they are listing with the additional fees and cleaning to be outrageously overpriced. Be sure to refer to Marriott Resort directly and confirm the prices listed on VRBO otherwise better to go direct.
