We’re located in Historic Meridian Park, convenient to all the excitement the city has to offer. Super spacious rooms, incredibly comfortable brand new beds with high-end linens (your comfort is important to us!), eat-in kitchen (keep the cook company!), and more! Bringing your kids? We are walking distance to The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, among several other fun attractions.

-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
-For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras.
Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
