Newly built in 2023, this home sits on three acres of landscaped woodland property in Chikaming Township. It's the perfect spot for beach-going families and close groups of friends, with Harbert Road Beach (just over a mile, free limited parking) and Cherry Beach (less than two miles, free permit parking or a great bike ride) both close by. Walk to the fantastic bakery around the corner and a number of local restaurants, or hop in the car for a quick drive to Warren Dunes State Park (four miles), Union Pier (five miles), New Buffalo (eight miles), or local wineries and breweries.
The luxury touches begin in the home's beautiful outdoor spaces, including a pool terrace that's fenced for safety and illuminated by bistro lighting. (The pool's normal temperature is 80 degrees; it can be raised to 85 for a daily fee.)
