Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our place. The beautiful cape - cod home is decorated with coastal and nautical themes throughout. Making your stay peaceful and relaxing.
The home is a 2 bedroom, 1 Full bath, Cape Cod Style Home. It sits on a little hill and abuts the woods, with deer and other great wildlife. The kitchen is fully stocked with all kinds of cooking items and even some food/snacks/coffee/tea. We have a Keurig coffee pot and plenty of creamers and sugars too!
The beds are comfy, 3 queen beds total (Master/Master and Living room pull out sofa) We can also bring over an air mattress with a little notice. Same with pack and play/high chair.
There are toys and games for kids. Fire Pit, Gas Grill, Gas Oven, Full size fridge and dishwasher.
Getting into the house there are 3 small steps, and the majority of the home is on 1 floor, including the bedrooms/kitchen and bathroom (for senior and minor disability friends/family). The laundry is in the basement.
You will have full and private access to this entire home throughout your stay. Including plenty of off street parking and on site laundry.
I live nearby, and have on call staff to assist with any urgent concerns. Otherwise I am reachable via cell from the app.

There is UBER and Lyft Available otherwise travel is essential by car or bike.
