Positive: The apartment was nice and roomy. The 2nd bedroom with 3 beds was a little cramped but not bad. It was nice that there were some beach chairs, a beach cart and a cooler that was in the room we were able to use at the beach! About 8-10 minutes walk to the beach from our building 7. The communication with the property contact was great.
Negative: The listing was a little bit misleading. The title of the listing said "New smyrna beach condo with balcony and beach access". The pictures showed the room and also a picture of the boardwalk out to the beach and the beach. There was not an address on the listing. So doing a quick search for "New smyrna beach condos", the location came up as a place right on the beach. So i figured that must be what we are getting. However, this apartment is located in the Oceanwalk Apartment complex. Which is west of Atlantic Avenue. I was sent the address only after I made the reservation but didn't pull up the address at that time so was a little disappointed as to where the location actually was. Not a bad place but just think that the description and title was purposefully misleading.
