Home boasts 10 foot ceilings throughout the first-floor master suites, cathedral ceilings in living / family room, open gourmet kitchen and a cozy dining area. First floor is flanked by 2 large master suites each with a King bed and its own luxury bathroom. Both master suite bathrooms include double vanities with quartz counters, tiled rain shower baths, walk-in closets and one with a soaker tub. Open up your sliding glass doors from each master and the living room to access over 1000 sq ft. of covered decking with grand mountain views. This covered outdoor space consist of a gas grill, bar, TV, dining table for up to16 guests along with rockers and Adirondack chairs for your relaxation. In addition, main floor includes a vanity/powder room and a locker/bench area to place your belongings. Home has total of 8 Beds.
Walk down to the lower level and you will arrive at the game/entertainment space. This room includes seating for 9, a bar with microwave and refrigerator, pool table, old school gaming console (custom built into a bourbon barrel) and a theater room. Theater room consist of 6 power reclining chairs. Home boasts 9 large screen smart TVs including 3 with powered sound bars. Each floors deck is also equipped with large TV and a powered blue tooth speaker for you to play your favorite tunes. Complimentary HULU TV with sports, movies and kids channels available on all 9 TVs.
Lower level consists of 2 additional Bedroom suites with walk in baths and closets. BR # 3 consists of 2 Full Beds, double vanity bath with fully tiled rain shower, separate toilet room and a walk in closet. BR #4 is a custom Bunk Suite consisting of 4 Queen Beds (2 Queen top bunks and 2 Queen bottom beds), walk-in bath with double vanity, private toilet room and walk in closet. Both adults and kids will love our Bunk Suite equally! Similar to main floor master suites, open up your sliding glass doors from each downstairs master and the gaming room to access over 1000 sqft. of covered decking with grand mountain views! Lower deck consists of a new Viking Hot Tub, High top Table and comfortable wicker patio seating for upto16 guests. Laundry nook includes Large High Efficiency Washer & Dryer.
