Summary: On the arrival day, we were meet by the property owner’s son SAM. He is a nice young man and he welcomes us and takes us through the property and answer all the questions. We were their because of tow of our sons were having summer program. The location is excellent and it is a 10 minutes to state street where the have all shops and restaurants , another 10 minutes will take to the peaches The property is an old as explained to us but refurbished well, the furniture was ok with the exception of the master bed room mattress , it is uncomfortable. Spiders and spider nets were in the property, and it was brought to the attention of the property owner , She send a cleaner but still they appear every day and after. The owner response very quickly and always over her help
