Summary: This is a nice little property on the lake. We rented both houses bc we had a large group. The bungalow was clean on the surface, but needs some tlc. We had no tv service... cable was missing but we found one to replace it. Still no service. Called cable company, no cable hooked up. No thermostat in bungalow, AC ran nonstop. It felt good after being out in the heat, but was chilly at night. Extra blankets in cabinets were a great help!The kitchen is well stocked but there's old boxes of cereal in the cupboards that look ancient. Again, just needs a thorough cleaning. The bathroom and laundry room were spacious. It was nice to have the extra towels in the bathroom, too.Great location on a beautiful lake, but the house needs some tlc. No grill at this property, but everything else is there that you'll need.
