Located on the shore by lake Thunderbird in Putnam, IL ( two hours drive from Chicago). A Quiet and private location of the house will let you enjoy every minute of your stay. New house have an open floor concept with a large kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, fully stocked kitchen cabinets and a big kitchen table to fit your company. In the living room you can relax on a couch by the smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths (1st room with king size bed, 2nd room with queen size bed, 3rd room with 2 queen size bed and kids room with a twin bunk bed ). The upper-level game room has a bar, poker table with wooden Roulette wheel, dartboard, Ping-Pong table and plenty of board games. Outdoor a large deck overlooking the water has a lot to offer, while your kids jumping on a trampoline, playing with a ball or having fun with a water table you can grill up a delicious barbecue and enjoy the water view on a outdoor furniture. For the cooler whether you can use a gas fire pit . You will be able to walk down the steps to the lake, where you can swim, fishing or just sitting by the wood fire pit.

The Lake House rules:
-Fireplaces. Please do not leave fireplace run unattended.
-No smoking in the house . If smoking outside the house, all cigarette butts need to be disposed correctly.
- Grill. Please clean grill and turn off gas supply after each use.
- Garbage. Needs to be put in the garbage bin located by the garage. Please make sure garbage bins is secured properly .
- Wood for the fire pit is not provided .
