The patio is huge and seats 8+ people. Next to the patio is a huge fire pit with 6 chairs and two large benches and a large stack of firewood to make the perfect fire. Inside there’s a wood burning fireplace perfect for those cold winter nights! The master bathroom has a huge walk-in shower you will love! The new home sits on top of the hill of 5 beautiful rolling acres with the best sunsets at night. There’s plenty of room for extra parking, large vehicles or RV and side by sides for great off road riding Hot Springs is famous for. Our location is perfect for convenient easy access to the city life but nice and secluded for privacy. We are perfectly settled only 10 minutes from Hot Springs, Benton and Fountain Lake and just a short ride to Little Rock for all your outlet shopping and nightly entertainment. Here you get the perfect part of both city life and the mountains. We have 4 extra full size twin roll a way beds that will accommodate an additional4 guest that come with full bedding and pillows.
