Wonderful brand new luxury vacation home in the Spanish Wells area on Hilton Head Island. Beautiful new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, solid countertops and fully stocked with pots and pans to prepare all the gourmet meals or lunches for the family. Living room has brand new furniture with large screen TV to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. Dining area is just off the kitchen with extra bar stools for eating. Living room has a fold out couch so home sleeps fourteen comfortably. There is a half bath downstairs just off the living room. The one car garage, parking in the driveway and you can park one car on the street allow for you to bring three cars to the home. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with a sitting area and full en suite bath with walk in shower. The two Guest bedrooms have queen size beds and a full bath also. Big bedroom upstairs for all the kids with three double beds and full bathroom with TV to watch all their favorite shows. Two of the beds on the third floor are adjustable to raise or lower to help your back when you sleep. Nice porch off the living to relax after a wonderful day at the beach. Easy drive to the Forest Beach area where you have plenty of parking and easy beach access. Great shopping and dining at Coligny in the Forest Beach area on Hilton Head Island.
