We'd like to welcome you to our brand new built walkout apartment in beautiful Southern Vermont located right by Stratton Mountain and Mt Snow. Its the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy the outdoors!
My wife and I fell in love with Southern Vermont and made the move to buy land and start the crazy adventure of building a house from the ground up. We broke ground in Oct 2017 and we're finally ready to share phase one of this project with you. This private apartment walks out to views of Jamaica Mountain and on a quite day you can hear the water of the West River right across the road!
Walk in to a comfortable, funky vibed mud room, where you can keep all your ski/snowboard equipment along with a bunch of hooks for all your layers. All floors throughout have radiant heat, which makes it one of the most comfortable spots in the house and will help dry off all your gear!
The apartment offers a full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, seating for 4 at a large peninsula counter and opens up into a nice cozy living room, which allows plenty of space for everyone to hang out together. The kitchen also includes a coffer maker, toaster, blender, and waffle maker!
We want you to have a great time and since southern Vermont is known for having very bad wi-fi/phone service, we have games, movies, super nintendo and nintendo wii to help occupy your time here.
When you're ready to rest up, the bedroom has a brand new Beautyrest Black Queen Mattress (it feels like heaven) and a twin bunk bed to comfortably sleep up to 4.
