For those of you coming to hit the town you'll find a cozy cool spot to enjoy a cocktail or host a full dinner party. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel cookware, cuisine art chef's knife block, and all the gadgets needed from a hand juicer to a vegetable peeler.
If you're coming in for work we feature 1 Gig WiFi and lots of counter space and table space to set up for work or hold a work conference.
Whether it's work, play, or both you'll find all memory foam mattresses, bed size wireless phone chargers, and high-end hotel sheets to help you recharge.
There are 4 floors total. The first floor is a dedicated garage that fits 2 compact cars or 1 full-size or SUV. There's free parking on the street if you need more. It's quiet and safe!
Floor 2 is the open concept kitchen, dining, half bathroom, and living area. You'll also find access to the back porch.
Floor 3 King size bedroom with private balcony and ensuite bathroom. Featuring a step-in shower, dual vanity, and walk-in closet. Also on floor 3 is a large laundry room with HE washer and dryer, steamer, and ironing board.
Floor 4 Has two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom one has a queen bed and private balcony. The second bedroom has a king canopy bed and a double bed for larger groups or families to utilize.
All beds are memory foam mattresses. We only feature high quality professionally laundered bed and bath linen.
Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the townhouse, parking, and fenced back yard.

This is where you want to be. Plaza Midwood is the cool part of town! You're surrounded by the best restaurants, live music spots, cafes, and a 3 minute UBER to the city center. You seriously can't beat the location.
Getting Around:
Walk to restaurants, bars, and breweries. UBER or LIME Scooter to anywhere else your heart desires. You're right where you want to be!
Other Things to Note:
This is a townhouse, there are 4 stories with stairs. There are also neighbors that share walls. The property is really well built. There's not much noise transfer but it's worth keeping in mind to be respectful to neighbors. This is a close city environment. If you're sensitive to noise we provide fans for white noise. They can be found in the closets in each bedroom.
