We are located in the heart of the Lake Holcombe recreational area, on a private pond only 2 blocks from the Pine Point Park beaches and boat landing. This home offers seclusion, peace and quiet, room to rest, and space to roam.
Lake Holcombe Haven is situated on a peninsula of the 4000 acre recreational lake, Lake Holcombe. We are on a quiet street with no through traffic that is also a WI designated ATV route for locals with access to the hundreds of miles of Chippewa County ATV trails. Although our property does not have Lake Holcombe frontage, the lake surrounds us on three sides. The closest access is Pine Point County Park which is a quarter mile down the road. Walking, hiking, biking, fishing, boating, and visiting local trails with snowmobiles and ATVs are just a few of the local outdoor activities. We are in a quiet neighborhood, but close to many local amenities. We have nearly 2 acres of park-like yard to enjoy as well as a paddle boat and kayaks which can be enjoyed from our dock on a small spring-fed pond teaming with wildlife. Ducks, loons, turtles, frogs, deer, foxes, rabbits chipmunks and squirrels are just a sampling of the creatures we get to experience this beautiful piece of earth with daily.
