Bright & spacious 1 bedroom in finished basement centrally located to Denver, Boulder, Golden & DIA w/ easy access to all major highways (I-25, US36, I-70).
Separate entrance to the back of house leading into private basement level with a clean & simple dining table, kitchenette, and lounge area for entertainment.
Top floor is a separate unit: please note that either myself as host or other guests may contribute to the sound of footsteps above you.

The space
On a corner lot with access to a private driveway, the finished basement is a stylish private retreat for any couple or trio.
One of my favorite features is the central location; in a quieter neighborhood, albeit, amazingly close to all Colorado’s favorite hotspots not to mention local restaurants and coffee shops!
The layout is unique, so come along and see it for yourself!
BEDROOM:
The design of this newly finished basement bedroom has a large egress window for a bright feel and is complimented with a purple checkered mural in the corner. Cozy and creative.
•••BACK LIVING ROOM••• **SHARED**
Upon entering through the back of the house, you first walk into the back-living room. This is a shared space with the upper unit. The door directly in front of the backyard entrance leads to the basement door where a unique set of keys will be given to you (as the guests stay in the private room down the stairs). There is another door that leads to the main level of the home but will be occupied by either myself as the host or other guests and stayed shut. Based on guests' comfort levels, this room may be used as additional lounging/entertainment/ or kept only as a room to pass through when entering and exiting the house.
There are three comfy sofa chairs and a two-seater loveseat facing each other around a wooden coffee table to instill a sense of conversation and intentionality with those around you. There are games stocked in the tall white cabinet and extra blankets.
•••BACKYARD••• **SHARED**
With just recently hung-up lights on the back patio and a new light fixture, this area is fun to hang out in during dusk hours around a live campfire. Get the camping feel but in the city, it can be fun to roast up some s’mores before bed! This area is shared with the host or other guests staying in the finished basement.
•••STORAGE/ SHED•••
Attention SKIERS or SNOWBOARDERS!!! Let me know if you are needing any space or storage for your gear! You can store in the shed in the backyard until you need to grab it the morning before you go shred. (The shed is super preferable for storing gear/bikes/etc.!)

Other things to note
As mentioned, this private room is on the basement level of a home. Despite a newly constructed ceiling with a thick layer of insulation and drywall, please expect to hear your neighbors above you. Let me know if any communication with the top floor is needed or any complaints/messages to share with the upper level - happy to share them.
