This split-entry home is situated just three miles from the airport! It finds its place in a serene, well-established, and family-friendly neighborhood, offering a spacious fenced backyard and a dedicated game room for your amusement!
Stroll a few blocks away to discover nearby trails, perfect for walking, biking, or skiing during the winter. The home allows quick access to south Anchorage restaurants and shopping within a few minutes. A short drive to midtown or downtown is also effortless.
Upstairs - the fully equipped kitchen will provide what you need to cook meals or bake goodies during your stay (including brand-new stainless steel cookware). The table seats four as-is, or you may add the extra leaf and extra to seat six.
The cozy upstairs living area features comfortable new furniture and a beautiful gas fireplace.
Down the hall, you will find two inviting bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a new king bed, black-out blinds, and a convenient walk-in closet. Across the hall, the second bedroom has a new queen bed and a window facing the backyard, where birch trees offer a year-round spectacle, whether in their lush green, golden, or snow-covered attire.
Comfortable and entirely brand-new beds and bedding will ensure a great night's sleep! Both bathrooms are thoughtfully stocked with fluffy new towels and shower essentials. Families with little ones are well-catered with a pack-n-play crib, a high chair, and toddler dishes.
Off the kitchen and dining area, you can enjoy dining or lounging on the generous deck, which overlooks the large, private, fenced backyard with beautiful birch trees and raspberry bushes. During the summer, we will also provide outdoor games for the yard.
The downstairs area serves as a bedroom and an additional living space, offering the flexibility you need. Guests can easily combine the two twin beds to create a comfortable king bed. Additionally, two love seats and an additional smart tv ensure that multiple couples or families to enjoy their own private space. The second bathroom is also located downstairs.
You will find the washer and dryer in the garage, as well as a "game room" setup! Enjoy the ping pong matches, foosball games, or an NBA arcade game for some added fun during your downtime!
