Newly built (2020), Privately owned, a family beach house in a gated community with private beach access on the Coveted East End. This house is Gulf VIEW or second tier. It has beautiful water views and private beach boardwalk access. This house has 5 bedrooms, and 4 baths. 4 bedrooms have a king-size bed, and 3 of those have ensuites. There is a hall bath that is shared by the other two bedrooms, one king and one queen. All bedrooms have a TV that can stream apps. Wifi Included. Two bedrooms have a private door out to beautiful front porch seating to listen to the waves. Living Area has a TV. The dining area will seat 12 people. The maximum Capacity is 12 people. Laundry Room. There is an outdoor seating and kitchen area under the house with a gas grill, and outdoor shower. This is a personal family home, and we ask that you treat it with respect and take care of it. There is a Public Country Club on the Island where you can use the pool and golf course for a fee, there are several other public beaches, several restaurants and shops, and the DI Estriarium, Marina, and Fort Gaines for activities.
