Golf group? Family Gathering?? Just want a stunning home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood to just relax and enjoy the resort style yard for your family? You’ve found the perfect place!
Open the front door to this incredible two-story home and you are greeted with a stunning interior with beautiful finishes. Gorgeous wood flooring in the dining room area and a beautifully designed kitchen with granite and high end cabinets. Directly across from the kitchen is a seating area with a 65 inch TV and fireplace so everyone can congregate in that area and sit at the high top bar, the kitchen table or the seating area with the couches and enjoy each other‘s company. You can also relax at the wet bar right by the entrance of the house with granite bar tops and high back seating. There is a beautiful dining table in the front area of the house that will seat six, along with a front room that has two loveseats and a single chair. There is a door in the kitchen area that leads out to the resort style yard so this is a perfect home for entertaining.
Once in the yard you can choose from sitting underneath the patio, relax in the chaise lounges around the pool, there is another seating area with couches on one side of the yard, or simply jump into the pool and cool off or relax in the hot tub. There is a nice grill in the yard next to the couches so you can cook and entertain at the same time outdoors. The backyard also offers beautiful landscaping along with a waterfall running into the pool. You will not want to go back inside! (The pool can be heated in the cooler months for an additional $75 per day to cover the cost of the pool heater. The pool is heated with an electrical heater and we need 3 days before arrival if you choose pool heat. )
After an awesome day of entertaining, great food and enjoying this beautiful house and it is time to retire, the master bedroom is on the first floor and offers a king bed with beautiful views of the yard and a door that lets you right outside underneath the patio to relax in the morning and sip a cup of coffee looking out at the pool. There is an en suite bathroom that has dual sinks and a seating area. There is also a walk-in closet and the bathroom has a very large Roman tub along with a separate shower area in the master bathroom. There is also a half bath on the first floor across from the master.
The second floor of the home has 4 additional bedrooms along with a full shared bathroom in the hallway. The 4 bedrooms upstairs offers 2 queen beds in 2 of the rooms and a king bed in 1 of the other bedrooms along with the master king sleeps 8. There’s an air mattress in the fourth room in case you need additional bedding. There is a door in one of the bedrooms that opens up to a patio area overlooking the yard and the pool.
There is a minimum of five car parking on the driveway and one in the garage if needed as on street parking is not allowed in that subdivision. Stay at this home and create amazing family memories! Or an incredible golf outing you will come back to every year!
Please note, there is a ring doorbell and a camera by the garbage cans on the side of the house to monitor the exterior of the home only.
