Positive: The location is unbeatable. In August the nights are still above 30oC and we enjoyed to dip into the little roof pool. The appartment is very spacious, big enough for 4 adults. Restaurants are just outside and Alhambra can be reached in a 15min walk. I like the parking space but if your car is bigger than a Renault Captur forget about booking it. You will not get down the spiral to the 4th underground floor.
Negative: The noise is unbearable. Construction noise starts at 7:00 and lasts till 16:00. It is drilling and hammering par excellence. If you are not a DIY afficionado it is not something you will enjoy. One of the bed rooms is unusuable even with ear plugs. Before you book ask about the progress in building work. Based on what we saw it will take a while. On a minor note, we would have appreciated a cork screw and a dish cloth.
