Walk into the living area with small table, sectional couch, comfortable chairs and a flat screen TV. The second living space has a couch, fireplace and rocking chair. The open kitchen features granite countertops, updated appliances and plenty of storage. The dining room has a large table with seating for 8. Sliding glass doors in the dining room open to a large enclosed lanai with duel A/C’s, a dining table with seating for 8, a couch and two comfortable chairs. Beautiful views of the pool and Bay from the enclosed lanai. There is one bedroom on the living area level with a king size bed and its own porch. The upstairs will feature two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom will have a king size bed, private bathroom and a sleeping porch with views of the bay. The second bedroom will have a bunk bed and private bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. The separated lower level has two bedrooms, a living room and its own kitchen. The first bedroom has a queen bedroom and sliding glass doors. The second bedroom has two twin beds and sliding glass doors. Sliding doors from the living room lead to the patio and caged pool. The top level of the home has an amazing roof top deck with a hot-tub, plenty of seating and stunning views.
