Nestled away in the mountains of Little Qualicum Village, this Dream Home is your place to commemorate with friends or relax and recharge. What better way to start your day than waking up to the sunrise with rolling panoramic views of green mountainous forest and ocean. With a fully equipped kitchenette, great tasting coffee, salt water hot tub, wood-fired fireplace, WIFI, and a 55" TV, brand new BBQ, we have all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

Please note that this is a unique space - we live upstairs, there is no door between your space and ours, and the open staircase connects the two floors. We do not go downstairs unless the very odd time we need to do laundry. We will ask to come down. Please laugh, talk, play games as you normally would. We are fine with a respectable amount of music and tv levels and note that this helps to improve conversation privacy if that's a concern. Please do not book our place if this makes you uncomfortable.

The fully equipped kitchenette features new appliances such as the 1 burner induction stove top, espresso machine, larger convection toaster oven, gooseneck kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer. We have a kitchen table of 4.
We have 4 bedrooms in your suite. Two bedrooms have king sized mattresses (Kingsdown and Douglas mattress) with huge picturesque windows. The 3rd bedroom has a king size mattress that has lots of floor space and a smaller window. And lastly, we have a queen sized temperpedic bed in a den (no windows) in case there's larger groups. Each bedroom has control of its own thermostat.

IMPORTANT: if you are bringing a pet, please don't let them bother the chickens - they free range during the day. They our our babies and we care deeply for them. There is a fine if you don't respect this rule.

Mountainside Haven is located only a 4 min drive from Local Access point Little Qualicum River Falls Provincial Park where you can enjoy the multiple waterfalls, rivers, and ponds. There are two 40 min loops.
