Located in the desirable Watersong Resort, you won’t have to go far to experience exclusive amenities such as the outdoor pool, hot tub, volleyball court, children’s playground, and clubhouse with game room, business center, and fitness center. You could spend each of your days here lounging in the abundant Floridian sun and taking breaks cooling off in the sparkling waters.
To enjoy endless refreshing swims, however, you don’t even have to leave the home. With its own private lanai featuring an inground pool and soothing hot tub, you can park yourself on one of the included chaise lounge chairs and spend lazy afternoons reading a book and listening to music. Plan light lunches al fresco or just take a break in the shade at the table seating for 8. The lush local greenery of the backyard is within full view, overlooking a tranquil pond. With no neighbors to the back or side of the home, you’ll truly feel like you’re in your own secluded and tropical paradise. Toward the rear of the home, the family room includes a large C-shaped sectional and 2 additional leather sofas, made for getting the entire group together for a family movie night or streaming a favorite show on the smart TV. You’ll also find the fully equipped kitchen here, with stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker, toasters, blender, and a full suite of cookware and dining ware. An additional dining table just off the kitchen can seat 8 with 3 high-top stools for seating at the counter.

- This home offers driveway parking for up to 4 compact-sized cars. An overflow parking lot is available near the guest house. Guests must have parking passes in the window in order to utilize lot parking. No parking on the grass or street is permitted.
- This home is now pet friendly for an EXTRA $19/night, we can accept dogs at this home. The pet fee is not included and needs to be paid ahead of time.
- The pool can be heated for an additional $29 per day. Please note that if requested, the pool will need to be heated for your entire stay.
- BBQ Grill Rental is available for an additional flat fee of $115.
- This home is equipped with 1 exterior security camera, monitoring the entryway.
- Please note that the HOA requires a list of all drivers in the household in order to obtain required parking pass(es) with a barcode. Guests must submit drivers list to be inputted to HOA security system prior to arrival.

- In case of hurricanes, lightning, inclement weather, or due to necessary repairs, certain resort amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity.
- We do provide starter amenities for the home. These are basic supplies to help you settle in quickly, without having to stop at the store before check-in. As these are starter amenities, they may only last you a couple of days. If you have a longer stay, we suggest visiting the nearby grocery or dollar store to inexpensively restock for the remainder of your stay.
- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.
- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.
