Welcome to our stylish three bedroom townhome in River Heights by Spadina crescent.
One of the highlights of our home is the location and the beautiful surrounding area.
Our home is only a short walk away from the beautiful Meewasin Valley which offers scenic views. You can enjoy a relaxing walk, bike or hike with gorgeous river views.
A short cruise down Spadina crescent will bring you straight downtown Saskatoon.
The main floor includes living room, dining room, kitchen and half bathroom.
The upstairs includes three bedrooms(one queen and two double beds) and full bathroom.
The basement includes a lounge area and laundry room.
The space:
Our home has been recently painted from top to bottom with new flooring and fresh renovations throughout.
All furnishings are brand new.
-Couches are from Palliser Rooms/EQ3 furniture in Saskatoon. -We have high quality and very comfortable mattresses by Endy also brand new (Canada’s best mattress award winner).
-You will definitely have the best and most comfortable sleep on these mattresses.
Guest access:
You will have access to the entire home.
Our town home is just steps away from the Meewasin trails and river views.
You can get to downtown, Airport, Saskatchewan University, RUH/JPCH or any other amenities within a quick 10 minute drive.
Where you will be:
River Heights area of Saskatoon.
Walking distance to one of the best river views of Saskatoon. Close to parks and trails.
Only approx. 10 minute drive to downtown Saskatoon and the airport.
Getting around:
There will be one parking spot provided with an external receptacle to plug in your vehicle.
There is also a number of free visitor parking spots.
Important things to note:
-There is no smoking or vaping in the home.
-Due to severe allergies no animals are permitted under any circumstances. This is non-negotiable.
-Parties are NOT permitted.
-No unauthorized overnight guests.
-Max 6 people.
