This beautifully appointed home has a private entrance and designated parking, open-concept kitchen, dining and living rooms, along with 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each and 1.5 bathrooms on the main level. The unit is professionally cleaned and all the essentials provided. Our kitchen is well equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils. A Keurig coffee machine and electric water kettle are provided, along with an assortment of coffee and tea.
A smaller wall-mounted TV is provided upstairs for convenience. But when you’re ready to settle in for movie night, head downstairs to the cozy bonus room, which is also perfect for napping, reading, and games. A large adjacent utility room, with full-size washer and dryer, has plenty of room for yoga or workout sessions. Both TVs have access to Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video and other streaming services (login using your own account).
Dedicated Ziply Fiber internet / WiFi is accessible from all rooms. Control your comfort by setting thermostats for the central furnace and infrared wall heaters. There’s no air conditioning, but lake breezes relieve the summer heat and the basement stays cool.
This is an area for endless exploration… Stroll down to the Burke Gilman Trail and newly transformed Log Boom Park. Grab a coffee at Diva or a beer at Stoup Brewing down the street, take a hike in beautiful St. Edwards State Park, enjoy the hip vibes at McMenamins and Main Street in Bothell and check out the wineries in nearby Woodinville. Well-trained dogs are welcome, but keep them off all furniture and dispose of waste in the outdoor receptable provided. There is no fenced yard and the street can get busy at times, so keep pets on leash when you are outside. Additional pet fee of $50 applies. Excessive pet hair/mess resulting in extra cleaning effort will be charged accordingly. Please let us know if you’re bringing your furry pals.
This home is Unit A of a duplex. It is nearly completely detached from Unit B, which is occupied by our long-term tenants. The units are completely independent from each other. There’s no one below or above you.
The lake view windows are up high over a neighborhood street that can get moderately busy, but both bedrooms are in the back of the home and not impacted by traffic noise.
Watch your head when you go downstairs, as the ceiling and doorways are low.
No parking in the garage.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind on the premises.
Additional landscaping is on the list, but for now, there is no outdoor living space.
