Forest park is a small development of individual houses in a secluded and unspoilt location. Centrally located in North Devon, but with easy access to the beautiful coastline, Saunton only 20 miles Woolacombe & Croyde Bay 22 miles. Superb area for walking and cycling yet only a short drive away from fantastic beaches. The area is spectacular and natural, in a haven of peace and tranquility, ideal hideaway for a quiet relaxing break.
High Bickington is the local village with pubs, Post office, village shop & church
Many country pubs with good food and drinks only a short drive away

The house has an 'upside-down' arrangement, with the kitchen diner, bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor and the large lounge upstairs. Fantastic design being able to step out onto the balcony and enjoy the views straight from the lounge. From the back of the lounge you can see the shared swimming pool, close enough to talk to someone in the pool!
BriValley View is situated in the Taw valley, 2 miles from the village of High Bickington and 5 miles from Umberleigh. Close to the North Devon coastline with great beaches and only 30 miles from Exeter
Car is essential if you like to explore the area. There is no supermarket within walking distance. The nearest pub to walk to is 1.4 miles.

An ideal tranquil getaway. Perfect for walking and cycling. There is no entertainment, bars or restaurants, just total peace and quiet. A car is essential for exploring the area. Due to steep hills and uneven roads, Forest Park may be unsuitable for wheelchairs around the development.
There is no supermarket within walking distance. It may be worth bringing some food essentials with you. The village shop is 2 miles away in High Bickington. There is a small Sainsbury's supermarket in South Molton which is 9 miles away. The nearest main shopping area with large supermarkets, shops & super stores is Barnstaple, 13 miles away.
The nearest pub to walk to is 1.4 miles. There are lots of lovely village pubs and eating places around the area to drive to.
As BriValley View is in secluded location, we have done our best to include everything to make your stay more enjoyable. The nearest supermarket is approximately 20 minutes away, so it may be worth taking a few food essentials with you. There is a large fridge freezer for storage.

There are still a few houses being built on the development so there will be some sporadic building works going on during 2020, but won't impact on your stay
