Positive: This home has been completely remodeled on the inside and is so modern. We liked it being located right across from a park so we could take our dog out for exercise easily. It was close by the intercostal and the water as well as grocery stores and restaurants. The place was very well stocked and we loved it had a washer and dryer since my son was there for a baseball tournament. It has a grill and we did use it as well. The owners were very responsive and it was easy using the door code. I love that it had a security system that we could arm at night. Someone mentioned it's in a bad neighborhood but we disagree. The neighbors were friendly, yards were neat and we felt very safe.
Negative: The home was located close to the railroad tracks. I'm a heavier sleeper so I didn't hear it but my husband and son did. It wasn't a huge issue and we would still stay there. The only recommendation we have-and it sounds sort of silly but.......two ply toilet paper would be much better than the one ply. We had to use more of it so it isn't really a cost savings.
