It is a pleasure for me to welcome you in my 65 square meters apartment with BALCONY in the heart of PUTEAUX, located on the 2ᵉ floor with LIFT, ideal for 2 people. It is ideally located near the City Hall and the Island of Puteaux. You will be able to walk in a dynamic neighborhood and enjoy nice walks along the SEINE!

Located in Puteaux, the apartment is bright, spacious, well decorated and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a nice modern functional kitchen and a nice living room with a TV to relax after an intense day. The apartment has a BALCONY which will be very appreciated in summer!
You will have everything at your disposal to have an excellent stay: Elevator, Parking, Nespresso coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Wifi.
The apartment is ideally located near the Esplanade de l'Hôtel de Ville (15 min walk), the Ile de Puteaux (20 min walk), the Bois de Boulogne (15 min walk), La Défense (20 min walk) and the Mont-Valérien Fortress (20 min walk). The Arc de Triomphe is 17 minutes away by train line A - L/U and the Eiffel Tower is 50 minutes away by bus line 30, train line A then bus line 141. You will find many shops nearby such as a Franprix at 4 min walk and the Marché des Bergères at 5 min walk.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!
