Completely renovated in 2015, it was furnished in a very modern way and decorated with lots of love.
The living area is spread over 2 floors, with a total area of 260 square meters.
The open, inviting living room, with a direct view of the terrace and large sofa area and air conditioning, is the perfect place for evening get-togethers.
Between the living room and the kitchen is the functional dining area, with direct access to the outside area.
The fully equipped, original kitchen, also with a view of the pool, is spacious with an adjoining laundry room and is a dream for every amateur cook!
Also on the lower floor is one of the four bedrooms (165x200), and the newly renovated bathroom with a large shower.
There are three further bedrooms on the first floor, but one of them is a through room. This room is also the largest room with a double bed measuring 190x200 and a great view over Sant Juan. The adjoining double room (190x200) has a bathroom en suite and a great walk-in closet. The children's room is also adjacent to the through room and offers space for two children and a baby. The third bathroom with shower is right next to the children's room.
The outdoor area is a true oasis with many chill-out corners and a great private pool in the dimensions 3x12x1.50 with jacuzzi. There is an outdoor shower directly at the pool and another highlight: the large modern outdoor kitchen with grill, dishwasher and another dining area.
