Easy access to I70 if your travels call you to the mountains, 15 minutes to downtown Denver. Quiet neighborhood, just close enough to the action to not be a hassle to get out and about. The manager lives close by for any concerns.
This is a ranch home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on 1/4 acre with a fenced backyard! There bedroom layout is 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and 1 office/bedrooms with a full sized futon. There are 2 showers in the home and a laundry room available for guests to use. Pack and play provided. Kitchen is stocked with a vitamix and kitchenaide stand mixer. The home has off street parking as well as ample street parking. There is a hang out space with a bar and fireplace! This is a brand-new remodel! The home highlights a remodeled kitchen with gray cabinets, new stainless appliances, and white quartz countertops. All bathrooms have new tile, vanities, and fixtures. New flooring, paint and windows throughout the home.
The main living room has open floor plan with living/dining room open to the kitchen. There is a dining room table that can seat 6 plus an additional four at the kitchen counter bar. In the summer there is are peach and cherry trees in the back.
