Summary: The location of the hotel is good and it has a great view of the castle and it is in a convenient location. As for this being a 5 star hotel, it is definitely not! The rooms are small, there is very little space to move around the room, even the larger rooms. The bathroom is small and badly designed, furniture is outdated, toiletries are nonexistent and limited number of towels. We continuously had to call to ask to conditioner, lotion and wash cloths. The breakfast had a great selection and the waiters were very friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff was quite the opposite. Also for a 5 star hotel you would think they provide water free of charge as the water there is not drinkable, but they don’t and they expect you to pay $5/bottle. I would not stay there again, as they need to make a lot of improvements to become a 5 star hotel.
