It's only a mile from the famous Firestone brewery, 5 minutes from all the main wineries in Paso Robles, and just a short ride to the infamous Vineyard Drive.Nearby Attractions: Eberle Winery, River Oaks Hot Springs Spa, Vina Robles Amphitheatre, LXV Tasting Room, Les Petites Canailles Italian, The Wine Wrangler Paso Robles Tours, AMSTRDM Coffee House & Piano Lounge, Golden Hills Shopping Plaza, Shell Beach (30 minute drive).Our enormous backyard includes a sand volleyball court, a shuffleboard, bocce ball, horseshoes, an outdoor dining area, lounge chairs, and a waterfall. Fire torches are also placed around the pool for your use.Our home includes an oversized main dining table, a bar area, soft water, radiant floor heating (for cozy warm toes!), arcade games (DDR, air hockey, Golden Tee), two smart TVs connected and a fish tank. Not just any fish tank but one created by the company behind HGTV's hit show Tanked! If guests are lucky, they may get the chance to watch the fish tank get cleaned. A professional cleaner is required to jump directly into the large fish tank via scuba suit. That's something you don't see every day!AvantStay provides an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team. Whether it’s fridge stocking or in-home massages, AvantStay offers a variety of upgrades & experiences to enhance your stay.Home Truths:- This home does not offer pool heat.- The pool and spa lights are not currently working.- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Please note that this home has exterior security cameras in place.- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
