A 4 season cottage/home with 3 bedrooms, 2 queen beds, and a double bunker bed (4 beds total) 1 Bath with hot tub, located just over an hour from Ottawa, 45 minutes from Kingston, and just a 10 minute minute drive from the beautiful towns of Westport & Portland. Use canoe or paddleboat to get around the lake with all water equipment ready to go from lifejackets to all types of fishing gear, including fishing rods for kids. Walk into the water with 100 feet of pristine clear, swimmable water on your own little private beach, and then take the dock’s ladder to get back onto the dock. Have lunch on a HIGH DECK patio that overlooks the lake’s horizon. Evening time, slow grill your favorite food on the BBQ, make the beverage of your choice, sit around the firepit, roast marshmallows while you watch the mesmerizing unobstructed sunset. The next day, use the huge private lot and yard to do some sports, using the mini soccer nets, frisbee, or the mini playground with slide and swing and a huge sandbox for the kids.
