Negative: Our stay was for 8 people and only two towels were in the house when we got there. We reached out to get more and someone on the mgmt side just didn’t put the ticket in. So we didn’t receive towels to shower until the end of the second day. Also the beds are SO uncomfortable. A lamp was broken before we got there and the coffee machine didn’t work. We did t know that so started our coffee and it leaked all onto the counter and onto the floor.
