Positive: We absolutely loved the location - it is stunning , peaceful , everything we hoped it could be. Incredible views from the hot tub The power shower ( rain fall shower ) was outstanding ) Huge beautiful bathroom Lovely interior - so beautifully put together. The lady of the house was very very kind to put balloons up for my other halves birthday - they were put up so perfectly , such a pleasure to see and made his day - thank you

Negative: No microwave, or air fryer. I appreciate most people are out , as we were but to come home and not be able to quickly use a microwave if you want something quick is quite backward in my humble opinion, for our modern times. Only a minor point but the pictures on your website are a little deceiving - it seems to show you are in a house. I know it clearly states a studio however as it's at the high end of pricing - 1 room separately would be lovely. The pictures show it as if you are touring around a house. This is a very minor point , but the marketing needs to be more what it is - just a studio. I was really not happy and very surprised to be told after working all day and travelling to reach the establishment about 8 , 8.30 that the hot tub was not going to be lit for us. Having now used the hot tub I understand how it works clearly / time it takes to heat, but none of that was told to me before hand. We had clearly said we were working all day then coming up, and I did express my dissatisfaction at this & it was very quickly rectified - thank you. That also is on the things we loved. There needs to be very clear communication on your site as to what times people should check in to get the hot tub firing up , how long it takes to heat up , so everyone attending cannot work all day ( if needs be ) take the day off and come up sooner. Or clearly noted that if they arrive after a certain time you will NOT be lighting it for them, or if they light it it won't heat for hours if they arrive say 8, 9 ( which is common if you have worked all day and don't live nearby ) You have nothing that communicates any of that anywhere , barely anything on your website is said about the Hot tub I have worked in large companies , been in the marketing team - you could do with some support on your website. The pictures are stunning but you need more info on key features like The hot tub.
