The space
Sprawling home nestled in a quiet North Scottsdale neighborhood this 6 bedroom property has all that you need to just show up and enjoy your vacation. Comfortable beds and top of the line linens for a good nights sleep. Custom kitchen with breakfast island and well stocked kitchen to prepare large meals. Kitchen area opens to main living area with plenty of seating for all and a big screen tv and fireplace. Escape down to the game room for family fun and get in a game of pool or poker. Arcade machine with over 10 different vintage games and TV are also here for endless entertainment.
There is two master bedrooms in home One master downstairs with plenty of room and luxurious ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and tiled shower. Downstairs bedroom also has access to outdoor seating area.
Master bedroom retreat upstairs with private patio makes for a great escape within the home to relax. Guest bedrooms are available upstairs and downstairs to accommodate the entire group.
Backyard is private and provides a relaxing setting to enjoy the warm AZ weather. Multiple seating areas including outdoor dining table and conversation settings. NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! This property is not for large out of control parties and anyone not respecting the neighbors will be asked to leave. We always want our guests to have fun but always remember that this a residential neighborhood and neighbors have to be respected . We just expect you treat it as your own home.
Absolutely no smoking in home. $1000 fine for any signs of smoking in property.
Booking guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day of $500 per week. If you want pool heating please notify management staff at least 72 hours in advance to allow time to heat for check in.
Quiet Hours 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona recently enacted a state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 which enables cities and HOA's to obtain information about short-term renter's contact data, group composition, and vehicle data.
An online occupancy portal has been established to make the process of providing your group's information easy, and to take very little time.
* The primary renter must be 25 or older. ID verification is required for all renters.
* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy is required prior sending out arrival information.
(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting vehicle(s) and/or using ride-share services.
* Facilities Use Safety Notice & Indemnification.
All renters are required to read and digitally sign a one-page Safety Notice designed to ensure that everything possible is done to help people occupying the property to stay safe during their stay. (REQUIRED)
* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.
* Cancelation & Refund Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to the published cancellation and refund policy. All Renters are highly encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance within three days of booking. All Renters who purchase "Cancel for any Reason" (CFAR) insurance coverage within three days of booking will be reimbursed 50% of the CFAR insurance premium cost within one week after the Renter's stay has successfully concluded.
(a) Time Change Policy: All changes to the pre-established standard times for arrival and departure are considered REQUESTS only, until expressly approved by your Host. All arrival and departure time change requests must be requested in advance on your online occupancy portal. Requests for arrival and departure time changes will not be approved until the morning of the arrival and the day before the departure, and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text your host's Property Services Desk for updated information on the day of your arrival for early-arrival updates, and the day before your departure for late-departure updates.
(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. In all instances, anyone arriving to the property before receiving explicit arrival authorization, or overstaying your authorized departure time, will incur a $100 fee for violating your Host's Arrival and Departure House Rules Policy.
Return of Personal Property: Any and all personal property left at the property upon departure may be collected from the property at a pre-arranged day and time, subject to the field staff's schedule and availability to meet at the property. In all cases, if personal property is not able to be picked up at the property, and delivery of personal property is requested, the charge associated with arranging and paying for the return of personal property is $75 service fee, plus the actual costs associated with mail and/or delivery charges.
