Summary: We stay at Shadow Ridge every year. This trip is the first time we had to pay for parking and they charged if you called for more towels. Front desk said the room would be cleaned on Xth. No one came. The in room safe didn’t work. On the last night of our stay there was a mouse in the room. When we packing our car on the last day the cleaning cart and trash cart was parked right in front of our room. It’s was so disheartening.
