Charming historic finca consisting of three houses on a 4000 sqm plot with lawn, pool, play area and numerous outdoor terraces with fruit trees. (Oranges, lemons, kiwi, avocados, cherries, numerous grapevines, etc.) For children there is a tree house, pool, playground with swings and sea views, and games.
The accommodation
The Marlene house consists of a kitchen-cum-living room with a sleeping area (100x200), a spacious bedroom with a double bed and the option of adding an additional travel cot, and a bathroom with a free-standing bathtub with a view of the sea. The Marlene house has a terrace with a dining area and direct access to the lawn and pool area.

You have access to all outdoor areas of the finca. The pool is used by two units.

Switch off and enjoy nature and tranquility. Being woken up in the morning by the rooster crowing. Whether yoga in the garden, enjoying the sun by the pool or with a glass of wine with a view of Gran Canaria. All is right with the world here.
The location of the finca impresses with its close proximity to hiking trails, the forest location and the breathtaking view of the sea. The drive to the sea is unproblematic over a concrete road. The next town, Cruz de Tea, can be reached via a footpath. (Two restaurants).
The houses were lovingly renovated in 2020. In order to retain the charm of the 120-year-old finca, creaking wooden floorboards, creaking doors and roughly plastered walls are wanted! :-) Depending on the season, guests can get fruit, vegetables and chicken eggs for their own consumption on request. (Kiwi, oranges, avocado, cherries, lemons, artichokes and much more)
