Under new ownership! Charming log cabin on the back side of the beautiful, quiet Star Lake. Enjoy your morning coffee from your deck overlooking your own private beach just steps away. If you prefer, bring your golf clubs and spend the day on the golf course in town. The Autumn in Star Lake is breathtaking while the leaves are turning. During the winter, the wood burning fireplace warming the 17 foot cathedral ceiling living room will be amazing with the scenic view from the large windows of the cabin facing the lake. Hiking trails are within 15 minutes, Lake Placid and the high peaks of the ADK's about an hour away. Tupper Lake and the Wild Center are less than an hour away. St Lawrence Seaway, Alex Bay and the Thousand Islands are about an hour in the other direction!
Cabin is available year 'round. The Fall is beautiful on the lake!
Rental week runs Saturday to Saturday.
This log cabin has one bathroom and one designated bedroom with queen bed. There is a queen bed and sleeper sofa in the loft and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A flat-screen TV with a DVD player is provided in the loft and a Roku tv in the main living area. WIFI is available. The kitchen is stocked with a dishwasher and most of your cooking needs other than your food.
Kayaks, canoe, life vests, dock, beach chairs, toys, gas grill and fire pit (with wood) are all available. Just bring your swim suits, sunscreen and plans for a good time!
