The master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bathroom, large closet, and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds and a walk-in closet, the third bedroom has two single beds, one of them is a trundle bed, and a wardrobe. Reading room with large library, study table and a comfortable queen size sofa bed with direct access to the terrace. This reading room could be used as a fourth bedroom.
Walk distance to Marqués de Larios street and the beach. Just in front the bullring "La Malagueta" and the harbor (Muelle Uno), surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Facing Centre Pompidou museum.
Endless options to enjoy your trip through cultural, sports and leisure just close CASA R7. Visit museums ( Centre Pompidou, Picasso, Thyssen, etc.), go shopping in Calle Larios or by the Sea Port Muelle-Uno, eat at one of the many terraces or in a "chiringuito" on the beach, take a boat ride, etc, enjoying the best climate in Europe and all less than 5 minutes walk from CASA R7!
Perfect home base to visit Andalucia with daily trips to Granada, Sevilla, Córdoba, Ronda, El Caminito del Rey, Frigiliana, etc.

Next to Airport Express Bus Stop, crosstown buses and a Taxi stop.
The building has an elevator from the first floor so you have to climb about 15 steps to reach it. Therefore it is not wheelchair accessible and is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties.

"Me and My family, in all 7 persons, had a wonderful fortnight in Malaga. Susana's hospitality and warm welcome' was the best start of two wonderful weeks. "Our stay in Passeo Reding
We arrived on Easter Day, but that wasn't a lovely host brought us the key before the time, so we could've organize our day in a complitely different way (had a lovely luch on the beach,a nice walk in the of us liked the place-my 78 years old father, becouse the appartment is so big he had his own space, kids-there was a lot of space for them, and 3 of us (my brother, my sister in law,and I).I liked the living area and the kitchen too (it is supplied by the best kitchen equipement).There is a nearby supermarket, bakery, nice bar to have a breakfast into,the beach is close, city center is only 500m from the flat and the harbour is just across the the evening you can just as well stay at home and have a dinner in a living room with the most inncredible view.I would raccomend the appartment especialy for the fact that it is not a place created to be rented, but you can feel that it is a house that was lived in by their were exeptional.Thank you Susana and Gabriel for making our stay so special."
"This is a spacious three bedroom apartment with a study area, it is very well situated for walking to the Port area, the beach, the old town and the variety of bars and nearby restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay in Malaga and our only disappointment was that we could not stay for longer! But hopefully next time. Susanna is a perfect host and her apartment is beautiful."
