The Space:
Magnolia House is a turn of the century historically protected brick duplex in Shaw. The home is professionally managed and appointed with everything you need for a short or a long stay. When you walk in the door you will be greeted by hardwood floors, warm white walls, and tasteful, colorful furniture and decor updated in 2022.
You will enjoy two full size bedrooms with closets and wardrobes, luggage racks, and bedside tables and lamps with easy access power outlets. You will sleep on queen sized hybrid mattresses from Sweetnight and hotel quality bedding and linens guaranteeing a very comfortable rest. All bedroom windows have blinds that will help you sleep in when you need more rest.
The open concept kitchen opens up to a modern living room, providing you with a wonderful space to unwind, cook a meal, watch TV and enjoy time with friends and family. The updated kitchen is equipped for the chef in your group. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, natural gas range, and dishwasher make cooking and clean-up a breeze. We’ve made sure to stock all the essential cookware, dishes, spices, cooking oils and coffee so you can feel right at home. The kitchen has a round dining table with a dimmable light overhead and seating for up to six.
The living room is adjacent to the kitchen, providing a cohesive hang out space for your whole group. The couch and armchair are made of leather and very comfortable sitting and reclining. A smart TV gives you access to all of the content you’d ever want to stream.
We renovated the bathroom in 2022 with brand new modern tile, toilet, vanity and lighting. The entry hallway also has a dedicated workspace with desk, chair and table light in case you need to work from home. Magnolia house has dimmable lighting throughout so you can set the mood, as well as fast internet, and heating and AC that you can control from a nest thermostat. There is also dedicated parking in the back of the house so you don't have to worry about finding a spot or moving your car for street cleaning.

The beautiful Shaw neighborhood is close to everything! Known for it's historic architecture, diverse community, and easy access to the Missouri Botanical Gardens and Tower Grove Park. You will have easy access to all major interstates, and enjoy a 10 minute drive to St. Louis attractions like the Arch, Forest Park, Bush Stadium, Fox Theater, and so much more! Easy access to highways and hospitals.
Getting Around:
Free street parking available and private parking pad in the back.
